Which data do we use, and why?
When you contact us, we use the contact details and information you choose to share to answer your enquiry, discuss an artwork or arrange an appointment. We do this to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement, or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries.
Our website and hosting services process technical information, such as your IP address, browser details and requested pages, to deliver and secure the website. Our legitimate interest is to provide a reliable and secure website.
We remember your cookie choices to respect your preferences. Optional cookie features are used on the basis of your consent. You can change your choice through Cookie settings. No analytics or advertising integrations are currently configured on this website.
Who receives the data?
Access is limited to people who handle your enquiry and service providers needed to operate the website, hosting and email. They receive only the information needed for their role. We may also disclose information where required by law.
The website uses Google Fonts to display its typography consistently. Loading a page can connect your browser to Google and share technical connection data, including your IP address. These requests form part of the technical delivery of the website, based on our legitimate interest in presenting it consistently. Google Fonts does not set cookies. Google may process this information outside the European Economic Area. See Google’s privacy policy for its processing and international transfer information.
How long do we keep data?
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and longer only where necessary for an agreement, a legal obligation or the handling of a dispute. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for operation and security. Your cookie choice is remembered for up to 180 days, unless you change it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal data, request its deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request data portability where applicable. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send your request to the email address above. We may request information needed to verify your identity.
